2. Definitions

"Services" refers to personalized luxury apartment selection and arrangement services provided by PrimeHaven Select.
"Info Products" refers to digital guides, reports, or other downloadable content offered by PrimeHaven Select.
"Goods" refers to any physical merchandise sold through primehavense.com.

3. Service Usage

All Services are provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel Service requests at our discretion.

4. Info Product Access

Upon successful purchase of an Info Product, you will receive immediate access to download or view the content. Access credentials are non-transferable.

5. Goods Purchase

Goods are sold subject to stock availability. We will notify you promptly if any item is out of stock and offer an alternative or full return of the purchase amount.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling of Service appointments as follows:

Rescheduling is available once per appointment if requested at least 7 days in advance. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6.2 Info Products

If you have not accessed or downloaded the Info Product within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After access is granted, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6.3 Goods

To be eligible for a return, Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, we will issue a refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Payment Methods

Payments may be made by credit or debit card. All charges occur at the time of purchase or booking.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain premium concierge services may be labelled as non-refundable at the time of booking. These services are custom and time-sensitive; once preparation begins, no refund is possible. Such conditions will be clearly indicated in your confirmation.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting at primehavense.com. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
